The first time I met with Tonda from La Femme Du Fromage, she asked me if I wanted red or white wine at the beginning of our initial consultation, and I knew at that point that I was in good hands. The entire dinner for my sister’s bridal shower included five delicious courses, with the freshest of ingredients and the tastiest of herbs and the best cheese anyone at the table has ever tasted. Tonda explained each course to the guests as it was brought out, plated and served individually to each person, including pea and prosciutto pasta, bruschetta with goat cheese, cheese plates, pesto mozz salad, and the best chicken parm I have ever tasted in my 30 years of eating Italian food. She took charge and went above and beyond my expectations by finding, ordering, purchasing and making the food, personalizing the decorations to suit my sister’s wedding theme, serving the food, explaining the dishes to the guests, directing the time and activities for the shower, helping me calm down, interacting with each of the guests and directing her staff, making sure the entire shower went smoothly and putting the guests at ease, all while continuously amazing each person in attendance with her creativity and knowledge about all of the dishes she served.

I must say that Tonda and her team were amazing at my wedding last April!! Not only that but she graciously stepped in to be my caterer a WEEK before my wedding because my original caterer had to back out. When my event planner found out the caterer was having issues with his truck she had always had Tonda and her team at Le Femme du Fromage in mind. She immediately got Tonda on the phone and Tonda came up with her own twist on the menu we worked on with the first caterer. We had a new approved menu that day and the day of my wedding, a week later, she had everything ready to go. She was seriously a LIFESAVER! She was great to work with, her team was polite and her food was awesome!! I’d highly recommend her to any bride/groom getting married!

La Femme du Fromage has catered many parties for us over the past five years. We have used them for graduation parties, birthday parties, business parties and family gatherings. Once you let Tonda know your budget and what your palate is, she will make a custom menu complete with specialty drinks. She also has an extensive background in wine and can pair excellently with different courses to complete the event. Her staff will take care of everything. They stage the serving areas, bring service wear, dress professionally and serve with quiet and unobtrusive efficiency. At the end of the evening, they break down the stations, put all the furniture back and clean up. We highly recommend her services for any event you are planning.
